For issues that take a little longer to resolve, ie. software installations, updates and troubleshooting.
✔️  Billed at $90/hour for pay-as-you-go customers.
✔️  A typical issue generally takes 1–3 hours. I’ll provide a free estimate after a quick remote assessment.

PC Health Check - system tune-up and update review, $150

For regular support, built-in discounts, and peace of mind.

✔️  The flexibility to get help when you need it most.  Use your Annual Support Requests all at once or as needed throughout the year.
